About environment for researchers

I believe this university offers an ideal environment for researchers. When I started working in Japan, as a Korean, I only knew basic Japanese. It was a bit of struggle at first, but with a lot of help from staff and colleagues. I was able to develop good Japanese skills. There is also an office that supports female researchers. They helped me strike a balance between family and research.
